Islamischer Hochschulbund Dresden (IHD) is a welcoming and inclusive student community centered around Islam, bringing together students from diverse cultures, backgrounds, and fields of study. We provide a space to explore and deepen one’s understanding of Islam while building meaningful connections within the university community. Our activities include study circles, discussions, educational and academic events, sports, social gatherings, volunteering, and community initiatives. We value conversations that encourage reflection, learning, and mutual understanding, and we welcome opportunities for intercultural and interfaith dialogue. Beyond supporting Muslim students, we aim to contribute positively to university life and society by promoting social integration, mutual respect, responsible engagement, and awareness. Whether you are looking to learn more about Islam, meet like-minded people, contribute to community initiatives, or simply explore a new perspective, you are welcome to join us.
